DOT Urine Drug Collector: Error Correction Training
The fastest, easiest way to meet 49 CFR Part 40.33(f) requirements. We ship the kits to your door and monitor your mock collections online. No travel. No hidden fees.
The Clock is Ticking on Your 30-Day Window
- If you’ve received a notification that a drug test was cancelled due to a "Fatal Flaw" or uncorrected error, you are required to complete Error Correction Training within 30 days. Federal regulations (49 CFR Part 40.33(f)) are strict: you must complete Error Correction Training within 30 days of notification, or you lose your certification entirely.
- We understand the stress. A simple administrative mistake—like a missing signature or a broken seal—shouldn't cost you your livelihood. But finding a local trainer and sourcing the required Chain of Custody Forms (CCFs) can be a nightmare.
- That’s why we built the All-In-One Error Correction Rescue Course. We don't just teach you; we equip you to get back to work.

Error Correction + Fatal Flaw FAQ
What exactly is a "Fatal Flaw"?
A fatal flaw is a specific error defined in 49 CFR 40.199 that causes a test to be cancelled. Common examples include a missing collector signature, mismatched specimen IDs, or a broken seal. Our training is customized to address the specific flaw you encountered.
Do I really need to do mock collections again?
Yes. 49 CFR 40.33(f) explicitly requires you to complete three consecutive error-free mock collections monitored by a qualified trainer.
I don't have any CCF forms at home. Can I still take the course?
Yes! Unlike other providers, we supply the Federal CCFs and split-specimen kits you need. We ship them directly to you so you don’t have to awkwardly ask your employer for supplies.
How fast can I get certified?
As fast as shipping allows! You can complete the theory portion today. Once your supplies arrive, your webcam session takes about 60-90 minutes. If you are nearing your 30-day deadline, let us know and we can expedite shipping and your appointment.
