DOT Oral Fluid Specimen Collector Certification Course
This training enables you to provide DOT and non-DOT oral fluids drug testing by becoming a certified DOT oral fluid (saliva) specimen collector. This course offers both the required CFR Part 40 qualification training and proficiency demonstration. Module 1: Introduction & Downloads
Learn about your training, how to become an oral fluid collector, and the collection procedure guidelines.
Module 2: Qualification Training
Complete your approximately 2 hour training video course, review the course slides, and complete the training test. Once you complete this course you will be ready to move on to your proficiency training.
Module 3: Proficiency Demonstration
The final step is to schedule your proficiency demonstration. This is done virtually through Teams and you will be required to schedule a time with our team.
About Your Instructor
Dr. David Thorpe
Dr. Thorpe is President of Pass My Physical and has worked in occupational medicine for over 30 years, was involved with the development of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME), and has trained greater than 11,000 medical examiners to prepare them to sit for the NRCME certification examination. Dr. Thorpe is considered a DOT Medical subject matter expert.

Pass My Physical may offer refunds to anyone that does NOT access the digital assets of the training platform and is within 30 days of purchase. By accessing digital assets, including, but not limited to, video training modules, quizzes, test questions, and PDF documents, the customer ends their refund window as the purchase is considered delivered. There are no exceptions to this rule due to the ability to download, store, and continue to use the training product and Pass My Physical’s inability to control use of those downloaded contents. For this particular training, a user may request a partial refund for the proficiency training, within 30 days, for a 35% refund. This partial refund policy only applies if the user has not completed the proficiency training with a Pass My Physical team member and is within that 30 day window.
